OUR MISSION

Providing free, accessible veterinary care to animals in underserved communities, including individuals experiencing homelessness and those with low incomes, through a mobile clinic that delivers compassionate medical services..

Supporting grassroots animal welfare organizations and private citizens by offering resources, rescue support, and assistance to enhance the care and well-being of animals in need.

Promoting animal welfare and advocacy by collaborating with existing organizations and individuals to increase access to veterinary care and animal rescue efforts in underserved areas.

Supporting and promoting a plant-based policy, including the adoption of plant-based practices in C.A.C.T.S.’s programming, outreach, events, and internal operations, where consistent with its charitable purpose and practical application.
